Welcome to Destinationz (FZE) ("Destinationz," "we," "us," "our"). Our website is www.travelwithdestinationz.com (the "Website"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Website and the booking of travel services, including but not limited to bespoke travel planning, pre-designed travel packages ("Packages"), and specific experiences like photoshoots ("Experiences") offered by Destinationz.
By accessing our Website or booking any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Services Destinationz provides travel consultancy services, including personalized itinerary planning, the sale of pre-designed travel Packages (such as Dubai and Zanzibar itineraries), and bookable Experiences (such as the Flying Dress Photoshoot). In arranging travel, Destinationz may act as an agent for third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers ("Suppliers").

3. Booking & Confirmation
Booking Process: Bookings for Packages and Experiences can be made through our Website. Bespoke travel planning is initiated through consultation.
Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment by Destinationz and the issuance of a written booking confirmation and/or detailed PDF itinerary by us to you (the "Client").
Accuracy of Information: The Client is responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including correct names (as per passport), contact details, and any special requirements. Destinationz is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the Client.
4. Pricing & Payment
Currency: All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. If payments are made in a different currency, the exchange rate will be determined by our payment processor at the time of transaction.
Inclusions & Exclusions: Prices for Packages and Experiences include only those items explicitly listed in the service description on our Website or in your confirmed itinerary. Unless otherwise stated, prices typically do not include: international or domestic airfare, travel insurance, visa fees (unless specified as included), meals and beverages not specified, optional activities, personal expenses, or gratuities.
Price Validity: Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice before a booking is fully paid and confirmed. Quoted prices for bespoke itineraries are valid for the period specified in the quotation.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking for all Packages and Experiences purchased through the Website, unless alternative arrangements are explicitly agreed upon in writing by Destinationz.
Per Person Pricing: Many Packages are priced per person, often based on double occupancy for accommodation. Single supplements or adjustments for different group sizes may apply and will be indicated where applicable.
5. Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds (Crucial Section) * 5.1. Cancellations by the Client & NO REFUND POLICY: * ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL AND STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a booking for any Package, Experience, or bespoke travel service is confirmed and payment is made, there will be NO REFUNDS issued for cancellations initiated by the Client for any reason, including but not limited to personal reasons, medical emergencies, flight cancellations or delays, visa issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances. * This no-refund policy is due to the commitments Destinationz makes to its Suppliers (hotels, tour operators, etc.) which are often non-refundable to us. * Forfeiture of Payment: Cancellation by the Client at any time after confirmation will result in the forfeiture of 100% of all monies paid to Destinationz. * No Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled tour, experience, or to commence a travel package ("No Show") will be considered a cancellation by the Client and will result in the forfeiture of 100% of all monies paid, with no refund or credit applicable. * We strongly recommend that all Clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, and curtailment to protect against unforeseen events. * 5.2. Modifications by the Client: * Requests to modify a confirmed booking (e.g., change of dates, number of travelers, services) are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Destinationz and its Suppliers. * Any approved modifications may incur additional charges from Suppliers and an administrative amendment fee payable to Destinationz, which may be up to USD 1000 but can be less depending on the specific requirements and supplier charges associated with the modification. * No refunds will be issued for any reduction in services or duration due to client-requested modifications. * 5.3. Cancellations or Significant Modifications by Destinationz: * Destinationz reserves the right to cancel or make significant modifications to a confirmed booking due to Force Majeure Events (see Section 9), operational requirements, or failure to meet minimum participation numbers for group-based services (if applicable). * In the event of such a cancellation or significant modification by Destinationz before the commencement of services, we will, where possible, offer the Client: * (a) A comparable alternative Package or Experience, if available (any price difference may be payable by the Client or refunded/credited by Destinationz); OR * (b) A future travel credit of the amount paid, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. * Destinationz will not be liable for any other costs, damages, or incidental expenses incurred by the Client (such as visa fees, non-refundable flights booked independently, etc.) as a result of a cancellation or modification made by Destinationz.
6. Traveler Responsibilities * Travel Documents: The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that they, and all members of their party, are in possession of valid passports (with at least 6 months validity beyond the intended return date), necessary visas, entry permits, and any required health documentation (vaccinations, health certificates) for all countries to be visited. Destinationz can provide general guidance but assumes no responsibility for inaccuracies or a Client's failure to obtain correct documentation. * Travel Insurance: Destinationz mandates that all Clients secure comprehensive travel insurance prior to the commencement of their trip. Such insurance should, at a minimum, cover medical expenses, personal injury, death, emergency repatriation, baggage loss/damage, and trip cancellation/curtailment/interruption for any reason (including reasons covered under Force Majeure). Proof of adequate insurance may be requested. Destinationz will not be liable for any losses incurred by the Client due to their failure to obtain adequate travel insurance. * Health & Fitness: The Client must ensure they are medically and physically fit for the intended travel and activities. It is the Client's responsibility to consult with a physician regarding any health concerns or necessary precautions. * Local Laws & Customs: Clients agree to respect and comply with the laws, customs, traditions, and drug regulations of all countries visited.
7. Limitation of Liability * Destinationz acts as an agent for Suppliers in providing travel services. While we select our Suppliers with due care, Destinationz is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such Suppliers, or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. * Destinationz shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. * To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destinationz's total liability for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the services provided shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client to Destinationz for the specific service giving rise to the claim. * Information on the Website, including itineraries and pricing, is subject to change and provided for guidance. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur, and Destinationz reserves the right to correct any errors before a booking is confirmed.
8. Client Conduct * The Client agrees to behave in a manner that is respectful of other travelers, Destinationz staff, Supplier staff, and local customs. Destinationz reserves the right to remove any Client from a tour, Package, or Experience, at the Client's own expense and without any refund, if their behavior is deemed disruptive, threatening, abusive, or causes (or is likely to cause) danger, distress, or annoyance to others or damage to property.
9. Force Majeure * Destinationz shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a booking that is caused by a Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, civil strife, strikes, industrial dispute, pandemics, epidemics, government action or travel advisories, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, and failure of public or private telecommunications networks or transport systems.
10. Intellectual Property * All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and itinerary designs, is the property of Destinationz or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction * These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate where Destinationz (FZE) is registered (Sharjah) or principally operates. * The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Sharjah or Dubai, UAE, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.
12. Amendments to Terms * Destinationz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any such amendments will be effective upon posting on the Website. The Terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
13. Entire Agreement * These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any booking confirmation issued by us, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Destinationz regarding the services booked and supersede all prior discussions, correspondence, and agreements.
